Collaboration with Domestic Institutes

The institutes listed above are limited to those with whom we have established institutional collaborations or are partners in the Japan Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s (MEXT) program for “Forming Japan’s Peak Research Universities” (J-PEAKS).
OIST x J-PEAKS
The "Program for Forming Japan’s Peak Research Universities (J-PEAKS)" is aimed at improving the research capabilities of Japan as a whole and promote the creation of new value.
OIST has been selected by MEXT for J-PEAKS program in 2023.
