Work Experience Program for Unna Junior High School Students
Three students from Unna Junior High School participated in a workplace learning experience at OIST. Over two days, the students learned about ways in which the Facilities Operation and Use Section, the Occupational Health and Safety Section, and the Environmental Science and Informatics Section support research at the university. Additionally, the students took on tasks in public relations and translation/interpretation, where they gained a deeper understanding of the roles involved in communicating research outcomes.
