Dr. Kenji Takeda is Advisor and Auditor of Corundum Systems Biology, a collaborating company of this center. Tapping into his extensive leadership roles in academis (RIKEN), industry (Hitachi), and venture capital in Japan, Singapore, Silicon Valley, and Israel, he will propose ways for academic and industry researchers to build productive partnerships.
OIST Children’s Research Center, led by Professor Gail Tripp, who is involved in this center’s R＆D project “Healthy Minds,” will hold a symposium.Professor Tripp’s Human Developmental Neurobiology Unit conducts research on the characteristics, causes, and coping strategies of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and develops support programs for parents and children.
