A new OIST Tennis Club has been founded on 5 February 2025! We organize regular practices, occasional tournaments, and other activities. The club’s purpose is to help tennis players in the OIST community to connect, as well as to ensure the maintenance of the court at Seaside House.

All users of the Tennis Court at OIST’s Seaside House are asked for a donation of 100 JPY per person per use at the donation box on the court (under the referee seat), OR a donation of 3000 JPY per year. All proceeds will be used for improvements of the tennis conditions at OIST, as well as the organization of club activities. Any surplus funds will go towards purchasing tennis balls and other tennis-related equipment to benefit the OIST tennis community.
