If you cannot open your key locker box, please go to the Main Entrance reception desk. (desk is manned 24/7). Please refer to the map for directions.

If you have collected your key from the key locker box, but cannot access your room, or are experiencing room or housing facility issues, please call below hotline.

	Check-out Check-out time for On Campus Housing is 10:00 am. Please leave the air conditioning running on the 25°C cooling setting. Please don't forget to lock all windows and doors when you leave your room. Please return your room key to the key box you used when you checked in. The Dial number is the same.
