Is this the smallest Holiday Greeting ever?

God Jul! A seasonal greeting in Swedish saying Happy Holiday from the OIST Structural Cellular Biology Unit, led by Professor Ulf Skoglund from Sweden.
Hirotoshi Furusho used the new FIB-SEM Helios 650 instrument to engrave the greeting into a silicon wafer. The letters are just half a green light-wavelength in size!
The OIST shisa symbol must be the smallest ever drawn - just the size of a small bacterium!
With the technology, the unit is developing new structural analysis methods for biological samples.
