Dr. Daya Reddy, the South African research chair in computational mechanics in the Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and president of the Academy of Science of South Africa, has an op-ed in Sci Dev Net about higher education in a multidisciplinary environment.
