OIST Students Launch Project to Solve Village Issues

OIST PCD program supported by COI-NEXT was featured by NHK.

(excerpt) Students from OIST = Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University, located in Onna Village, have decided to start a project aimed at solving issues facing the village, and on the 8th they deepened their understanding of the environmental challenges of the vast coral reefs of the village.

COI-NEXT is supporting OIST Professional and Career Development (PCD) course as early career development. This course enable OIST students to develop skills to present science information to a wide range of audience which lead to think about the impact of their research on community.
