Competition Winners 1st Prize went to Haruna Miyazato and Tomomi Shimabukuro from Okinawa National College of Technology (ONCT) for their project on manufacturing anti-aging cosmetics from the discarded peels of the Okinawan citrus fruit, shekwasa.
