Iwama Welcomes Yamaguchi

OIST President Jonathan Dorfan (left) and UHM Interim Chancellor Robert Bley-Vroman signed the agreement on scientific and academic cooperation at a ceremony at the Hawaii State Capitol on July 10 (July 11 Japan time).
